how many seats are reserved for andhar pradesh students in telangana government medical colleges

Abir Gayen 17th Nov, 2020

Hi Aspirant,

According to the official notice for counselling,85% of seats are reserved for local residents.Local residents include those who have spent four years in the city upto the recent times of giving exam.Local candidates can also apply under this and they are those who have studied in local region for more than seven consecutive years.

Non local candidates can apply for the remaining 15% seats. As you belong to andhra pradesh you can apply for the remaining 15%.

Hope it helps!!

Hello,

With your given marks as per previous year data under state category for General Candidates, you may have chances in the following colleges;

Government Medical College,Suryapet

Government Medical College, Nalgonda

Government Medical College, Mahabubnagar

Government Medical College, Siddipet

This is purely based on previous year data, cut-offs are subjective to change every year based on multiple factors like seat matrix, marks obtained in NEET, toughness level of paper, total number of candidates participating in the exam etc.You can use our NEET College Predictor to know more about admission possibilities in various colleges; https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

Rupali Shree 5th Nov, 2020

Hi aspirant,

With 432 marks in neet you have chance to get government homeopathic college in telangana if you belong to bcb catagory.

Government bhms colleges in telangana:-

  • JSPS Government Homeopathic Medical College, Hyderabad

This information is based on previous years cutoff and the cutoff marks change every year. It's depends upon number of students that appeared in examination, number of seats available in colleges, difficulties of question paper, reservation catagory, previous years cutoff trends, etc.

You can use neet college predictor to know which college you may get with your marks. That is mentioned below:-

hi sir I a m sneha my brother Rahul who is preparing for neet but he failed in four subjects but he pass all subjects with compartment marks (Telangana government )will he eligible for neet 2021

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 27th Jul, 2020

Sneha, to be eligible for NEET, you should have completed your 12th, passed in all subjects and secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. Now if you belong to OBC Category, the Category you belong to should be also listed in the Central OBC list. Or else you will be considered as General Category and so you have to secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. This 50% is inclusive of the Theory and Practical marks scored in Physics, Chemistry and Biology collectively. You needn't score 50% in Physics, 50% in Chemistry and 50% in Biology separately. You need an aggregate of 50% or 40% depending on your Category as an aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. And along with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, you should also have studied English as one of the core subjects in your 12th. As long as this criteria is met, now that there is no upper age limit for NEET, he can appear for NEET even if he has passed in 2nd attempt. It is important that he score the required aggregate for his Category.
