However, cut off changes every year depending on total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.

Candidates belonging to general category are not eligible for fee reimbursement. Candidates belonging to SC/ST category whose parents' annual income is less than Rs. 2,00,000 are eligible for fee reimbursement and the candidates belonging to BC/EBC/PWD/Minority category with parents' annual income less than Rs. 1,00,000 are eligible for partial reimbursement. As you belong to general category you aren't eligible for fee reimbursement regardless of your category.
