The difference between TS EAMCET and AP EAMCET is nothing except the colleges in those particular states. The exam pattern, syllabus are same.
It depends on which college you prefer. According to that you can decide which exam is more suitable for you to write.

Under the special provision of the Andhra Pradesh Bifurcation Act, students from Andhra Pradesh are also given an opportunity to apply for TS EAMCET. But this provision is until 2024 only.
However, students from AP are considered Non-Local in TS EAMCET.
