There are several criteria required to be met for being eligible to apply for TS EAMCET.
This includes age, educational qualification, domicile etc.
Regarding the domicile, the eligibility criteria is:
The candidate must be Indian citizen (which you already are)
The candidate must be from either Talangana or Andhra
It is good that you got 2000 rank in TS EAMCET but you may or may not get a seat in CBIT but not your desired branch . To get a seat in CSE you need to get a minimum of 1500 rank and that is not confirm .
Candidates who secure a rank in top 10,000 will be given free seat irrespective of their category.So you must secure a rank in top 10,000.It is difficult to predict the marks but you need to score 110 or above to be on safe side and to be able to
