You have to do the following process in order to download you rank card:-

• Go to the official website of TS EAMCET 2019 (eamcet.tsche.ac.in)
• Click on the result link
• Candidates will have to provide their TS EAMCET 2019 Registration Number, hall ticket number and date of birth.
• Click on Submit

I hope you can still attend the first phase of counselling. Before which you need to pay the fees and book the slot for certificate verification. Once verification is done you can still be eligible for applying first counselling.
