With 5years of experience you will be able to join the 1 year GMP course at XLRI. It is earier to get into this course because the cutoff vary a lot it even goes down to 80%. When i gave XAT in 2015 it was as low as 65%.

According to EAMCET guidelines if takes the 75% weightage from the entrance exam for the colleges and the left 25% marks are from the boards exam. So u ahve to work on the boards exam too for ur admission
U should be making min of 45 marks out

2019 cut off trends is not releasing yet,
The results will be released by the end of May at www.eamcet.tsche.ac.in. Total 40 marks will be needed out of 160 to qualify the exam.
