There's nothing such mentioned in the eligibility criteria of ECET. You must have completed your undergraduate /required diploma course with the minimum aggregate percentage.

each question contains 1 mark. You have to score above 80% so that you will get a good rank
For TS Engineering Common Entrance Test (ECET) 2020 counseling, if you have applied under EWS , income certificate is required to prove your claim. Income certificate issued on or after January 01,2020 by competent authority will be valid for submission in the counseling
