You haven't mention the name of the entrance exam or in which particular form you have done this mistake, usually for most of the entrance exams that are conducted, correction facility is provided by authority, you may search it or you can contact them with your query via helpline

Well according to eligibility criteria of TS ECET, one  should have passed Diploma in Engineering & Technology from the State Board of Technical Education, Andhra Pradesh or from any AICTE approved institution recognized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
