I would like to tell you that as per the orders of the SC, there is no age limit for you to study law so in shot there is no age limit to apply.
However, do bear in your mind that there are various other eligibility criteria like:
FOR 3 YEAR LLB PROGRAMME:
You should have completed your graduate programme (under 10+2+3 pattern) from a recognised university with an aggregate of 45% or passed any other examination recognised equivalent by the concerned universities with the same aggregate.
If you had secured less than 45% in the aggregate,you should have scored at least 45% in any additional Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
FOR 5 YEAR LLB PROGRAMME:

Pattern-
TS LAWCET is conducted in an online mode. The total number of questions in it are 120. And the Duration provided for the same is 90 minutes. Each question carries 1 mark. The paper would include objective questions like MCQs, Matching Questions. The medium of examination is English, Telugu, Urdu

Part A - General Knowledge and Mental Ability
Part B - Current Affairs
Part C - Aptitude for the Study of Law
Preparation
For GK you can use the Consized sized Pearsons or the Arihants GK Guide. For Current affairs make sure you read the newspaper properly. The Hindu is used by various law aspirants. Other than that any monthly current affair magazines can be used. If you are appearing for any other law entrance as well, Universal's guide to clat and Llb can be used which covers most aspects. Make sure you go through the Previous year papers properly which will help you ascertain the level of the paper and recurring parts.

Dear Anita, TS LAWCET 2019 application form will start tentatively in the month of March and continue until the month of May. Candidates will be issued their admit cards tentatively in the month of May. The entrance examination for 3 year and 5 year integrated courses will happen tentatively on May 26th, 2019. Candidates willing to take up the three year law programme need to have a bachelor’s degree from any recognized university in the 10+2+3 pattern and also secure at least 45% marks in aggregate of the subjects. Candidates from SC/ST Category need to have secured at least 40% marks in their graduate degree programme subjects. There is no age limit to appeatr for TS LAWCET 2019. Candidates interested in 5 year Integrated programme should have passed 10+2 with atleast a minimum aggregate of 50%. one should be getting 25 marks outof 120 below so that one should be in top 10.
candidates have to secure a minimum of 35 % to qualify for admission procedure .
obviously,to be in top 10 it is quite difficult ,your score will be as much as less since so many individuals are attempting the exam and hence there will be strong competition .

There is no specific time to prepare current affairs but yes you must be well-versed with the last 3 month's current happenings around you. Here are some of the prepation tips for the preparation of Current Affairs given below you can prefer:
Monthly Magazine & Newspapers/e-papers- You can read any number of publications you want to. For the exam read The monthly magzines & news papers like Hindu, HT, The Economic Times, Indian Express etc.
Current Affairs - Focus on National news, Editorial, Business and Sports sections. You should be updated with all the current information of it.
Make notes - You will be going through news from more than one source (magazine, paper, websites), so naturally, it becomes difficult to go back to those exact sources for revision. So put everything in one place. You can arrange your notes month-wise.
