Dear Chandhu, every college will have management quota for admission into law courses for students. Thecfees is going to be little higher than the seat that you get through counselling. You can contact the college in which you want admission and ask them for the particulars and process of an admission in their college under management quota.

Candidates appeared in 1st round are not eligible for the next.
College choice is done at time of web counselling.

It is tough to tell you the exact as the cutoff varies every year. If you didn't get the seat in the second round then it is tough to get admission for the programme. You can try once to the private colleges.
You can apply, As per the eligibility to apply for TS LAW CET three years law programme you should be Graduate with minimum 45% marks in aggregate & 40% aggregate marks belonging to SC, ST Categories. You can check the further eligibility to apply for the exam with the given below link.

As per the notice issued by the convenor of TS LAWCET/TS PGLCET 2018 the candidates were allowed to make change, if they wish to, in their chosen web options till 5 pm on Nov. 11.
