For GATE students you will get 12,400 per month. For PGECET students AICTE will not give any stipend directly but they may get stipend through TEQIP funds, but these may be only in Universities, they should apply for it and if the TEQIP funds are available

Dear aspirant, SC/ST students are eligible for fee reimbursement with a small condition i.e,For a Fee Reimbursement maximum age for SC/ ST/ BC candidates is 34 years and for Minorities /Disabled/EBC the age limit is 30 years.

Most of the seats in jntu and ou will filled by gate candidates. so the chances for the candidates raking below 500 are very less. as per your rank chances are almost zero.
