I don't think so it is possible because once the details given in class 10th regarding all this is not altered again. And if it is done then your school authorities will be able to guide you regarding this. So try contacting your school authorities and clear it out from them.

If you belong to linguistic minority group, there is about 55% seat reservation for this respective linguistic and religious candidates based on their merit list.

The documents needed are Muslim Religious / Telugu Linguistic caste certificates issued by the competent authority and also the mother tongue certificate issued by the Head of the i nstitution where the candidate has studied 10th standard.

Even though you have opted regional language you can see questions both in Telugu and English. You do not have to worry, you can read the questions in English and answer.
