On such rank and category you have very low chances of getting any of the Private medical college with government seat according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that last year the closing rank was 222216 for government seat in

I don't think so it is possible because once the details given in class 10th regarding all this is not altered again. And if it is done then your school authorities will be able to guide you regarding this. So try contacting your school authorities and clear it

If you belong to linguistic minority group, there is about 55% seat reservation for this respective linguistic and religious candidates based on their merit list.

The documents needed are Muslim Religious / Telugu Linguistic caste certificates issued by the competent authority and also the mother tongue certificate issued
