TIET Thapar institute of engineering and technology has been accredited A + and ranked among 2 nd in private institutions . The admission here  to the courses is done on the basis of merit scored in previous qualifying examinations. The University also accepts scores of management national level exams like GMAT, CAT, XAT, CMAT, etc. The fee is dependent upon the course you select between 1 nd half lakhs to 3.5 lakhs per year.

the application form of thapar institute of engineering and technology for B.tech course was out from 18 february 2020 and the last date to submit application form for all rounds of counselling was extended till july 31, 2020 , but i guess you have missed it

It depends whether or not you have submitted the application. You can change the details if you haven't yet submitted your application by logging in with your user ID and password. But if the submission is already done you cannot change details in the online application form. There is no correction window for TIET 2020 application so what you can do is to apply once again with new email ID and phone number.

Aspirants with basic eligibility shall take direct admission in thapar university. The basic eligibility is Qualifying with 60% in PCM in class 12th boards.

Branch upgradation is purely dependent on the cgpa you get after completing your 1 st year without any backlogs .A notification will be released stating  the eligibility.study well and achieve your goal.

EIC branch in thapar is good if you have interest on instrumentation only. There are many misconceptions about EIC branch. It's actually same as ECE but some part is different and there is equal demand for instumentation as of communication. Coming to placements More than 200 companies visited the college and If an EIC student want to get placed, He should have good skills and have a good cgpa. The average ctc of Thapar college is 7Lakhs.

JP NOIDA CSE is a good private university. CSE has a huge demand as most of the placements get from cse. The highest Placement offered is 40Lakhs .Many big companies comes to college for recruitment. Recently Amazon took almost 26students with 28Lakhs package.

So, As per my knowledge compared to thapar EIC branch go for JP noida CSE for good placements. If you are much interested in EIC then go to thapar as it is core branch.
