In 2017-2018:
No of companies visited- 298
Total offer for students- 961
So Mechatronics placement should be
15 th june,2018 was the scheduled date but its still not declared don't know why...
if you are from punjab then you will get all the branches except cse but if you are from outside punjab you may not get branches like CSE,ECE,electrical and mech.

hope you can get the admission only in private colleges....there will be less chance or no chance to get into government colleges..choose the best or try for some other course....all the best for your career

yes, the second round of counselling does have the possibility to change your alloted branch based on your choice provided that the cut-off would exceed your rank.
