Since the cutoff of most streams related to CE in thapar is above 98percentile so on that basis I don't think you will be able to get computer engineering in thapar bit yes if you have a good score in your 12th board then you might stand a chance as

It also depends for which branch you wish to take admission. Considering as a general category minimum marks you require 130 + in JEE Mains for top branches to get admission in Thapar university.
