Based on several years of surveys and reviews, BIT stands the best among the colleges which is listed by you. NIE happens to be the second best followed by dayanand sagar and the last SIT. Cse in any of these colleges would fetch you good package.  Good luck!

The National Institute of Engineering,Mysore was established in 1946. It is an autonomous institute and is ranked 35 for engineering by INDIA TODAY and 3 others.The college is affiliated to VISVESVARAYA TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY.The college provides around 21 courses.

The infrastructure,placement,campus environment is very good and this college is worth joining.

the boys hostel is also very good here the infrastructure and other facilities are very well served.

National institute of Engineering, Mysore is a very good College in every aspect. The College provides excellent Campus placements for students. Every year 200 + companies visit the campus. Most of the companies are IT companies. CSE,IT and ECE people will be benefitted high. There is no guarantee in providing  placement to every student. It all depends on your Performance in Campus placements. But the College provides you handful of Opportunities.

So as per your query you can secure seat if you have secure 800 less rank . So in the second round of counselling the chances will be very low as the .if all seats filled in college and only if any one goes out or vacent only will be given to you

Hello Aspirant,  College is very good and the highest package for ECE Branch is about 28 Lakh per annum and the average package is about 6-7 Lakh per annum. You can also choose CSE branch because In this you have lot of companies that are visited and get the student.

The National Institute of Engineering (NIE) is an engineering college located in Mysore, Karnataka, India. It was established in 1946, and granted autonomy in 2007 from Visvesvaraya technological university. 

The placements of the college have been great for few years. The bigger companies like Oracle, Dell, Motorola, Wall Mart, etc., visited the campus to hire the students. Last year, the highest package went up to 28 lakhs per annum. The average package is around 3.5 to 4 lakhs.
