If you have a interest for CSE and want to pursue from a government college then definaetly go for it. Otherwise if you want to go for some private institute then manipal has its own name.'

CSE, ECE students well get almost 100% placements in reputed companies with high salary Packages. Mech, EEE students also get placed in good core companies.The world's top companies like BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Infosys, WIPRO and many other big companies come here for campus selection

Yes. Punjab University Chandigarh does have a Masters in English correspondence. The fee may differ but it will be between 10k-15k per semester. The fees will differ per semester.
