You have to report to the college and take a provisional admission. If you are not satisfied with your first alloted college or course, then you can apply for further rounds by appearing to the college alloted now.

At this rank you could get branches like ECE EEEbut CS/IT in colleges like BIT doesn't stand a very strong chance. If you want CS branch you can look at colleges like JSS academy Bangalore and CMR Institute of Technology as your options. If you are interested in ECE you can also consider branches like TE (Telecommunications Engineering).
First of all the cutoff varies every year so its very uncertain to say whether you will get a seat or not but yes according to last year's cutoff i think you will be easily getting Nie mysore with cse or ece branch.
