After your boards result, you have to apply for counselling which is conducted by TNEA application in specific engineering colleges. The range between 195 to 200 is required for general category. Then you can expect College of Engineering, Guindy. The greater marks you'll have, better the course you will get.
For Thiagarajar College of Engineering, most of the time the cutoff is higher than 190. 195 marks can fetch you streams like CSE, EEE, ECE.

for any entrance exam , the eligibility criteria asks for minimum mark in 10th ans 12th. it is no problem if you had appeared compartment exams.

You have a decent rank in TANCET ME 2019. But since you belong to OC category your chances of making into government colleges like MIT, CEG etc. PSG is one of the top colleges and since not only the TANCET candidates but GATE candidates are also competing it might be difficult o make the cut. Leaving that you have a good chance. Be hopeful.

You can get an admission in Thiagarajar College as you have qualified the NATA exam. The admission guidelines of the college is a candidate must have scored 80 or above from 200. The intermediate qualification criteria is Candidate must have score average percentile.
So you have both the qualifications so you can get an admission. You apply for it.

You have good chances to obtain a seat in CSE department in colleges Thiagarajar college of engineering, Sree krishna college of engineering and Mephco college of engineering. Your chances are moderate in colleges PSG college of engineering and Kumaraguru college of engineering.
