Yes, the final reporting for JOSAA counseling is expected to be between 19th to 23rd July. And the registration fees that you are talking about is actually 35000/- for general and 15000/- for SC, ST and OBC categories. Yes, the amount taken on at the time of counseling will be adjusted in the college fees.

With the score you're mentioning I'm afraid it's a little difficult to get into either Thiagarajar school of Management (as their cutoff lies somewhere near 36 for SC candidates).

But if seats remain vacant then only you may get a chance in this college.

    The number of seats alloted for SC category are not yet announced this year. However you can predict your probability of obtaining a seat in any of these colleges mentioned with your scores matching it with the last year cut off

Although last year cut off has nothing to do with current year admission but we can predict as the cut off  range is not going to take a larger deviation.

Here are the  cut  offs of the above mentioned college for SC category.

TSM-36.6

Here all three are outof league as the cut off score and your score do not match. Your score is below the cut off range. However you can try for TSM as one of your choice as you may have a hairline oppurtunity there.

    Congratulations on your score in TANCET. The clarification can be given by referring to the last year cut off in that particular college.

Matching your score and the cut off , your score is way out of the cut off range. Thus there are very less chances to obtain a seat in PSG.

You have better  chances in TSM so you can try your chances there.

Yes, there are good chances for you to get a seat in Thiagarajar School of Management(Co-Ed), Madurai based on your score and category because as per past records, the cutoff for MBA in Thiagarajar School of Management(Co-Ed), Madurai for BC category was around 49 score, which you qualify- hence you have good chances to get a seat in TSM Madurai.
