Dear Student ,
Placement / job recruitment does not always depend upon highest CGPA only but it also depends on the basic concepts that you have gained throughout your semester and your appearance in Interviews .Example: In technical domain.. you should be experienced and advanced about the practical things that you have learned in your B.Tech course , For getting job in IT fields , you should have the basic as well as advanced concepts about any one programming language. So, CGPA / DGPA is just a basic criteria that most of the recruiters wants high to guess their knowledge skills primarily.
Well, more details about placement interview you can get from this article :

NTA has released the official brochure regarding the details about NEET age limit and limits to appear for NEET 2021. Based on the notification, candidate above 17 years of age can apply and appear for the NEET exam as many times as he/she wants as there is no upper NEET age limit criteria.
Dear aspirant,
As you mentioned that you didn't appeared for 12th exams in 2022 and you passed your 12th exams in 2023 so you are eligible for jee advanced for the year 2023 and 2024 .
Iit Kharagpur has released the eligibility criteria on its official website and you can check it out. Education minister has declared waiver for the current year but that does not mean it will be waived for the those years too.
For more information you can check out the link given below-

hi,
see yes its possible to again appear in nios and appear for jee main exam, but see while you would go for placement in colleges after completing the first three years of engineering, you have to justify , what you have done in these years. if you again appear in nios 12th exam, you should not show the previous 12th result, then it would be counted as gap of years, so recruiter would ask you about the gap of years and as per different company rules you may not eligible for some of the organization for recruitment exam.
so if you get a tier 1 college this year, private or government, you should go for studies with out any more delay.

Hello,
If there are was any fixed number of time prescribed upon which one can ace Biology in NEET then everyone would have secured full marks in Biology in NEET. Having said that, you need to revise the chapters until you feel confident that you have covered enough to secure good marks. You should feel the confidence while solving the test series. And until you are making mistakes in the test, you have to keep doing the revision.Focus more on the chapters you are making mistakes and revise them multiple times.
I hope this helps.
Hello Aspirant,
With respect to the details you provided, you have a gap of 5 years in your education journey so far. Unfortunately, most of the companies allow at max 2 year gap in total which makes you ineligible to sit for most of the companies.
However, don't be demotivated, you can still make your way up through the ladder and enter the top guns, just that you will need to start your career from small or mid level companies and if you perform well, you might crack big companies with industrial experience.
Dear aspirant
As the next hadn't come to role till now. NMC had just proposed about the next exam but didn't have specified many others things.
NEXT will come in role from 2023 and 2018 batch will be the first to attend the NEXT exam.
As NEXT exam will be conducted in two phases in which first exam will be for providing mbbs certificate and second one to secure for neet pg seats.
So most probably NEXT paper will have not attempt either you are graduate from india or abroad.
For further details please until it comes into role and NMC gives more clarification about this.
Note Above information is from my knowledge what I had read so far. Actual how it will be conducted no one's know.
All the best
