i have failed class 10 two times and twelve one time and i also take two years drop for jee main.am i eligible for big company placement interview .

Hello Aspirant,
With respect to the details you provided, you have a gap of 5 years in your education journey so far. Unfortunately, most of the companies allow at max 2 year gap in total which makes you ineligible to sit for most of the companies.
However, don't be demotivated, you can still make your way up through the ladder and enter the top guns, just that you will need to start your career from small or mid level companies and if you perform well, you might crack big companies with industrial experience.
