In the fieLd for " Register Number ", you are supposed to fill up your HSC roll number of your respective board.  In CBSE, your roll number is printed on the top of your marksheet and is printed on almost every official documents of CBSE that belongs to you.

As far as I know for the state Board students cutoff marks are calculated as follows
Cut off= (math/2) + (phy/4)+(chem/4)
However for CBSE candidates
Cut off= (math) +(phy/2)+(chem/2)

But  there is normalization( for the cbse students) because it's difficult to score such high cut offs.  As in

No, as of now, there is no correction facility available for the correction in TNEA application form. But since you have already made payment, you can't change anything in the application. But before making payment, applicants have an option to edit and if they can't find it, they can just

In TNEA counselling procedure, All candidates will be considered common though students are from various HSE board. there will be no kind of partiality performed. all candidates will be prioritised according to the cutoff marks or aggregate marks they scored in PCM in their respective board exams.

As you have your first graduation certificate, you can give yes.
But if you mention for what application you are going to apply, it will be good.
But for any application form, if you have your first graduate certificate with you, you can mention avail first graduation certificate
