Hi aspirant,
There is no entrance exam for tnea (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission). This is solely based on the merit list. Students can get admission based on their class 12 marks. After passing class 12exam, you can apply for the counselling of TNEA.
No, the admissions in Vel Tech Rangarajan Dr Sagunthala R and D Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai are based on the VTUEEE exam. Candidates having 60% marks in MPC/BPC in 10+2 are eligible for direct admissions and they do not have to appear for the entrance examination. Other students who have an HSC qualification need to appear, register and secure a valid rank in the VTUEEE conducted by the college. The candidate will get shortlisted in the merit or rank list for admissions. The college was established in 2008 under the approval of the University Grants Commission and accreditation of the NAAC.

Hello Yes you
Can join in Tamilnadu engineering entrance test counselling after discontinuing a college fulfilling the required formalities that related to payment of the rest of the years full tuition fees and other fees of the college. In other way it is not possible for anyone to discount in your college and join Tamilnadu Engineering entrance test counselling for retaking admission in another college of Engineering.
Hope this will help.
Yes, you can apply for TNEA Admission. Your transfer certificate which you have submitted in the institute that you have discontinued the course will not be returned to you. During the document verification you have to provide the transfer certificate that you have obtained from the institute that you have discontinued the course. It serves as the proof that you have studied in an institute before seeking admission to Engineering.
Dear aspirant hope you are doing well...
