While admission into any any college , it is the ALL INDIA category rank which is taken into consideration for any admission process. Every college has different cutoff for different categories.

Hello Manish. This college also follow the same rules that other colleges do. So the percentage that comes from the university, that is best of 5 is considered here too. No special criteria is to be followed.
