You should get a call from all IIMs that you have applied to with your scores and provided you get 90-95 percentile. So, I would suggest you start preparing for interviews.

Hii, I am HRM student of DU 3rd year. I want to continue my study along mba in HR. Some body give better suggestions.

Akshay Kadam 26th Nov, 2017

It's pretty good that you already have a decent experience about the stream in which you want to do MBA by studying during graduation. Now to continue with your passion you need to prepare for one of the MBA exams (CAT, XAT, CMAT, CET etc.)

After getting a good percentile in the MBA exam you can apply for various top reputed colleges like IIMs, FMS etc. Few of the top colleges for doing HR are XLRI Jamshedpur, MDI Gurgaon, Narsee Monjee, Mumbai etc.

Then there is a whole procedure done by the college to make a merit list to call students for next round of interview and WSAT which is based on your aggregate score made by your complete profile (Academic records, work experience, MBA exam's score). Then you go through the second round and again a final merit list is made which is used to give admissions.

Anyway, that's a long procedure of which you should not be worried right now. You should only concentrate on cracking big exams like CAT and XAT with a very high percentile as it is a very high competitive exam.

All the best for your preparations. Work hard!!

Best college for average student?

manisha.gupta 16th Oct, 2017

The admission in MBA is generally based on your performance in the Entrance exams like CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT, SNAP, NMAT, IIFT etc. Most of the universities have set the standards of the minimum graduation marks. There are many factors for shortlisting & selection of a good B School such as Academic score, work experience, Extra curricular activity etc. After the cutoff in the particular entrance exam only matters how you perform during the interview.

If you are an average student throughout in your academic then there are many B School that offer MBA programme only you need to crack any of given above entrance exam with the required score. You can also check B School & its ratings with given below link.

Top B School

AmAn Patni 13th Oct, 2017
Well in case u cn go for IIFT but that too has gone.
Now u have options like NMAT, SNAP MICAT, CMAT. But only 2-3days left NMAT Registration so if u don't want to miss this time just fill up the registration today. NMAT is really a good exam!
