Hello Rohit,
As per the previous year cutoff trends, and considering you are from the general category, the cutoff rank for general candidates was from 99-101 over the rounds. As you can see, there is not a great difference. However, cutoffs change every year and also depend on the number of candidates and the number of seats available. So, wait patiently for the rounds as your rank lies just on the borderline, but keep other options open as well.
All the Best!
Hi Utkansh,
RNS Institute of technology would be a better choice to go for. It is a decent college located in the outskirts of Bangalore with better faculty and impressive placement records especially for the CS and IT branches.
Jamia Hamdard according to student reviews is disappointing when it comes to faculty and placements. So it's better to avoid.
However, its your choice. CSE can also give you opportunities for off campus placement just in case your campus does not provide enough opportunity.
All the best!
Hello Shaurya,
The admission is totally based on your category and the type of course you choose as some courses are high percentage bound and many others are low. Since you have asked for top university in delhi so I would suggest you to kindly check for delhi university also as it also provides a variety of courses.
I hope my answer have helped you and hope you do well in future.
Hello Shaurya,You need to include English/Hindi and economics along with two more subjects (except physical education, music etc which are not considered as core subjects by delhi university. Check the DU website for the list)in your best of four percentage. Also, you should have studied mathematics in your class 12th. However, it is not compulsory for you to add it in your best of four. Change in stream will lead to 2.5% disadvantage. If you have not studied economics in your class 12th but have mathematics, you are still eligible for the course but with a disadvantage of 2.5% in your best four.
