There are various numbers of college that come under delhi University.Not all of them are top colleges.You will get college based on your percentage.You will have to search college that provides admission based on your percentage.

Yes, you can earn admission in North Campus, Delhi University. You have a very decent score, which is good enough as per last year cutoffs.

Currently, only Kirori Mal College and Miranda House provide Geography as a course, in North Campus. You'll find other colleges in South Campus.

It's too tough to get admission with this percentage while you having obc quota.
The lowest cut off in science will remain in 80's.
It's by chance or by luck if you get admission in bsc.
