The cutoff in Delhi University usually goes higher.
-For General category- 90%-95% and above
-For OBC- 78%-80% and above
-For SC- 72%-75% and above
-For ST- 70% and above.
Hence this depends on your category. But do apply for the same. Perhaps sports quota, dance or NCC quota

Weather in Delhi University the eligibility criteria include firstly that you must have qualified 10 plus two examination from recognised board and secondly that your minimum aggregate should be 60% and this is for general category.
