In order to calculate your best of four marks in Delhi University you need to add the marks of atleast one language, one subject that you're seekinf admission in, any 2 other subjects with highest marks which may be the additional subject too. Your marks in the additional subject will be considered only if you are seeking admission in that course or you have scored more than other subjects in it.

Yes you can. Most of the colleges allow migration. However, you need to get a certain minimum percentage of marks in your first year. The minimum percentage varies from college to college.
Candidates who seek intercollege migration is allowed only in BA,Bcom, BA(H),Bcom (H) courses in the beginning of the 3rd semester of the 2nd year.

Well, the date of entrance exam for LLB in Dehli University is not declared yet by the university. Manily this exam will be conducted in the month of May or June.
Candidates who want to apply for LLB course in DU they must complete their graduation with discipline university or candidates who are in the final year of graduation.
