Dear Nischay, NIOS is a recognised Institution. It is an autonomous Institute under Ministry of HRD, the Govt. of India. So a certificate from NIOS is given as equal importance as a Regular educational Institution. Delhi University considers education in NIOS eligible like other Institutes for admission. Just to answer your question with certificates from NIOS, you are eligible to apply for required course in Delhi University.
