There are many colleges for mass communication in Mumbai . Do you have any college preferences ? Like private or government colleges .

Few colleges take you on the merit basis as per your +2 results whereas few conduct there own entrance exams.

You must first check out the college list and accordingly you can apply either online or offline.

I am sorry to say that you are not eligible for any of the JEE colleges as you have not reached the eligibilty criteria of JEE mains. The eligibility criteria for these paper are 75% in 12th class andyou have not fulfilled it therefore you are not eligible for any colleges that takes admission through JEE.

There are less chances of getting admission over there in good college affilated to delhi university as your rank is high  but may be yiu may get a seat in some average college for bms.all the best have a great future ahead

The cutoffs are different for different categories. But if you belong to an unreserved category,  then a score above 200 is enough to get you a seat there .

As per your rank and category, it is not possible to get admission in CSE branch at DU. Cut off for CSE branch in DU for General category is not more than 10,000.You can consider other esteem colleges like: VIT, LPU, BITS, Assam Don Bosco University, Ahmedabad University,Jaypee University of Information Technology, PES University, Techno Global University, Xavier University, NIIT University, Sikkim Manipal University.
