Hey, your P.E and arts marks will not be counted in best four. So the marks counted in best four are 74,74,54 and 85. And, hence your best four percentage is 71.25 .And, with this percentage, there are very low chances of you getting a seat in DU.Rest also , depends upon your category and preferred course.

The eligibility of MBA is that the person should be a graduate. That is all is required. Since you have a Bachelor of Arts degree ,yes you can do MBA.
