Sorry to say but you can't get any good colleges in Mumbai by this marks, as far as I know you should get 192+ marks to get a seat in Mumbai university, don't go to take bsc, wait for one year to take long term course to achieve

You didn't mention the course. Mumbai university offer different courses which have several modes of admission. The admission in BA, BCom ,BSc programs are done through merit list which is prepared based on the marks acquired in class 12 or equivalent courses.
