the cutoff mark is 114 for general category. It totaly depends on your qualification details to get an admission. For acurate details please go through the official webpage of the university. You should apply for the admission as you can get selectes if you have qualification for general category or any reservation category.

For admission in Pune university for graduation candidates have  apply in online entrance exam which is conducted by Pune University itself...

 so for graduation courses candidates  are selected on the basis of entrance exam conducted by University.

The eligibility of graduation courses are :-

• candidates have to pass there class 12th from any recognising school and any board in  India with with above 55% percentage in class 12th..

Please go to this site (http://www.unipune.ac.in/university_files/old_papers.htm) As I can see they've uploaded 2013 and 2008 pattern of most of master degree programmes including MSc Chemistry as well, just refer to this site and download and analyse it, hope it helps you.

You can go through several dashboards of entrance exam samples on Google itself.

If not you can ask your seniors or college mates,might they can help.Even if you can't get them ask few teachers or experienced ones to help you out.But for betterment you can revised your syllabus for entrance or guide question banks can help too.
