As u are non domecile in Pune your home state rank Will not be considered there. You either have to right there entrance exam or get in management quota. These two are the only options for you my friend. Wishing you luck

With your mentioned score you may get into Vishwakarma University. I hope you are talking about the one in Kondhwa budruk. You may have to settle for a branch which may not necessarily be your desired branch. Computer science may be difficult to get but you do stand a chance in the second or third round.
