Hello aspirant,
I am sorry to say but these marks are very less to fetch you a seat in JNTU Hyderabad or Osmania University. These are top Institutes and getting admission requires high scores and good ranks in gate exam. Besides civil engineering specializations in mtech has tough cutoffs and hence you have less chances.
You should try your chances through TS PGECET to get into these colleges. In this exam aslo you will have to secure a top rank.
You can look for other chances in other colleges through gate college predictor.

I hope this is helpful to you.
Hello Aspirant,
Ill recommend you to pursue Mtech in Transportation engineering only if you get into top colleges. Although the course is quite promising, however, many students suffer to get a job after completing their masters. Therefore you should choose your college wisely. If we talk about the course then after completion you'll be able to find jobs in both government and private sector. You can expect a starting salary between 40-80K INR per month.
Good Luck
hi,
see candidates who have completed master degree on equivalent qualifications from a recognized university are eligible to participate in ugc net, general candidates need to secure 55% marks in pg , for sc/st candidates marks criteria is 50%, Candidates securing degree from recognized universities in Humanities (including languages), Social Science, Computer Science and Applications, Electronic Science etc. are eligible for this test. ugc net is important for science and humanities students, but if you have mtech in cse you may find relevant subject, however there is no subject relevant with civil engineering,
you may follow the below link to know about subjects in ugc net,
https://ugcnetonline.in/subjects.php
subjects may relevant to you since you have engineering background,
computer applications,
electronic science
see cutoff score is depends on candidates actual score, at this score you have very less chances for anna university. However I have mentioned some of the college name where you have chances,
RMD,
rmk engineering college
Chennai SONA College of Technology
Gummidipundi PSNA,
Dindugul Sengunthar College,
Erode KSR College, Erode
see cutoff score chances every year and it depends on some facts like number of participants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, choice of streams, candidates category etc.
see at this score you have less chances for top 5 iits, however you have chances in iit guwahati, iit patna, iit mandi, top nits, iiest shivpur etc.
You may use careers360 college predictor tool to know your predictable colleges
The exact prediction would be difficult but as per the previous year NSR round cutoff, You might have the chance to get Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur- M.tech Structural Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati- M.tech Transportation System Engineering Etc.
To check your other admission possibilities you can use GATE College Predictor tool given below.
