There's no fixed date announced from the authorities but the registration for gate exam 2022 will start from last week of September 2022,gate exam will be held in month of February.

It will be good if you follow gate related websites on regular basis or you can ask here after some months.

Yes there is also some other colleges in delhi who provides M.tech in Transportation Engineering. Those are as follows:-

1) Amity University,  Gurgaon

2) SGT University, Gurgaon

3) Faculty of Engineering and Technology,  Faridabad

.As you mentioned that your rank is 2000 there are many Engineering colleges where you can get admission in Mtech in transportation engineering.You can get admission in government engineering colleges.Your rank is good and you can expect seat in government engineering colleges.

In terms of placements, NIT Agartala is nowhere near to Birla institute of technology and sciences, Hyderabad.

This is just a corollary to the fact that it is a branch of BITS Pilani whose placements are better than every National Institute of Technology.

The brand it carries with itself easily outweighs NIT Agartala.

Congratulations on getting good rank in PGECET, But with this rank it is hard to get seat in JNTU Hyderabad, because the competation is very tuff and your rank little high than the university cut-off. But you will get seat for this branch in top colleges, so don't worry about but keep a try on university seat on counselling. All the Best for your Future.
