Tripura have two government medical College which have total of 119 seats for state quota students. AGMC, Agartala have 106 seats while regional students of medical sciences, Imphal have only 13seats.
So due to less seat availability cut off marks are Lil bit high. Last year cut off marks/ranks for sc category in both the college are given below

this cut off marks tends to change every year depending on various factors like number of candidates appearing, qualified candidates, difficulty level,seat availability etc. So if you are targeting for neet2021 so taget to score more than 450+ marks to have high chance/ secure seat in your category.

Tripura is different State from West Bengal. But in Tripura so many Bangali are living there. So I think you can get the Bengali NEET related books. If not then you can purchase those books from online application like Amazon, Flipkart. You will get easily every books for NEET in Bengali version. You can join online coaching for NEET also because the pandemic situation no coaching centre are allowed physical classes. So nothing is impossible dear. You have to focus and go for it.

It is difficult to predict the cut off for admission to Agartala Government Medical College for the academic year 2021-22 because the cut off score changes every year depending on the total number of candidates applied, difficulty level of exam, total number of seats available, highest score, least score etc. In 2019 the cut off score for SC category candidate under 15%AIQ quota was 473 marks and under 85% state quota it was 355 marks for admission to Agartala Government Medical College.
