To get admission in top government colleges of Tripura such as Agartala Government Medical College you need to score atleast 600 marks in NEET to get seat through AIQ and if you belong to unreserved category. To get seat through state quota in this Institute as well as some of the top Institutions like Regional Institute of Medical Sciences, Imphal, Tripura Medical College & Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Memorial Teaching Hospital you need minimum 550 marks to get admission if you belong to general category. For SC category you need minimum 530 and for ST category it would be within 400. It's not based on previous year data as this year NEET cutoff marks will change drastically in several well established Institute of India.

I am sorry to say that it will be difficult to get admission to a government college in Tripura with your score. But the cutoffs do vary every year and it depends upon the number of candidates appearing for the exam, the difficulty level of the question paper, total seats available. In the year 2018 the cutoff for the state quota seat for MBBS was in 250s for government colleges for the SC category. So do keep hope.
