This is a bit difficult to predict the marks/percentile/rank required in JEE mains to get a seat as cut off  keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks

You didn't mentioned the stream for which you are targeting NIT Agartala. Also you forgot to mention the important things like your category and either you are from that state or not.
