It is sad that you had to face such a trouble. But before proceeding to compliant , kindly reach out to the college administration directly and clarify the situation and know your options. Also I would like to remind you that the university has some refund policy. As per their refund policy if you had withdrawn your admission by 30th August,2020, then the entire fee will be refunded after deduction of 1000 rupees.If it was before 30th September ,2020 then the fee will be refunded only if the seat you left is filled. And if the withdrawal was after September 30,2020 then I am afraid you are bound to pay the entire course fee . However , if the vacancy caused is filled through lateral entry later during 2020-21 , then fee amount excluding the 1st year will be refunded. So kindly confirm the date when you applied for refund and approach the admission authority before escalating the issue to higher bodies.

Sangai International University is notified under the list of Private Universities maintained by the University Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi. It's accredited by UGC but does not have NAAC accreditation. As it's newly established University and Newly established universities become eligible for the NAAC accreditation only after graduating two batches. It also does not have some of the important accreditation like NBA and AICTE.

.Use search for filter UGC Approved Agriculture Colleges by Agriculture Course, Agriculture Course Stream, State, District and College Name.
It is not necessary, as per the Indian law a candidate who has done his/her BSc agricultural course from any of the recognised University from UGC or ICAR will be eligible for getting any government job in India but if it is affiliated from ICAR too that will be more beneficial but there will not be any extra impact on your eligibility for getting job but yes your degree will have something extra only.

You need not to worry because Malla Reddy University is accredited from UGC( University Grants ) . And B.Sc. in agriculture from their college is absolutely valid everywhere.
It is also accredited from NAAC, NBA and AICTE. So just go for it.
