So UGC is University grants commission of India which is a statutory body set up by the Indian union government in accordance to the UGC act 1956 under the ministry of human resource development.

dear aspirant,

all the colleges comes under some or the other university, now if your university is UGC recognised, it automatically means that your college is also UGC recognised too.

although, even if it isn't, you have already taken admission in that college, so, you can not do anything about

Yes, degree from UGC approved private colleges is valid anywhere in the country. However, all degrees might not be valid across globe. You'll have to check the norms of the institute outside India with respect to acceptance of different degrees from private institutes separately.
