Yes you are eligible since the eligibility criteria says that you have to have a masters degree from recognized university with above 55% marks in masters level.There is no age criteria for NET exams but if you are going for the JRF posts your age should be below

You need to fill your details as per your class 10 certificate. So fill the online application form based on the details present in the class 10 certificate such as your name, date of birth, father's name and mother's name. The details which are in the class 10 certificate
