To be eligible to give UGC NET the candidates must score a minimum 50% in their master or equivalent degree. Candidates who are currently in the final year of their Masters degree are also eligible for UGC NET 2021 given that they fulfill the educational requirements given above within two years. For Junior Research Fellow the age limit is 30 and there is no age limit for Assistant Professor.
When it comes to eligibility criteria of UGC NET, candidates need to pass Master's Degree from a recognized university with 55% aggregate, in case of reserved category there's relaxation of 5%, this is in accordance with today's rule, but recently with the introduction of new education policy many changes have been brought upon graduation and post-graduation degree. There hasn't been any such mention if at all changes are going to occur regarding UGC NET, one important aspect of NEP has been that those with four years of graduation end up completing any research work during this course of time, for them Master's Degree will only be for one year.
Sorry to that you're not eligible for NET entrance examination after completing B.Ed course. To appear in NET Entrance Examination then the candidate should be complete Master degree in any discipline from recognized university.
So, you need to complete master degree course after completing B.Ed course in order to apply for NET Entrance Examination.
NET stands for (National Eligibility test) and this Entrance Examination is conducted by UGC for every year. The Applicant who are aspiring to become a Lecturer then the applicant should be qualified in NET Entrance Examination.
The examination is conducted in June and December every year

Hello, According to the official website the age eligibility is as follows
i)
Junior Research Fellowship: Not more than 28 years as on 01.06.2014. A relaxation upto 5 years is provided to the candidates belonging to OBC (Non-creamy layer, as per the Central list of OBC available on website : www.ncbc.nic.in (http://www.ncbc.nic.in/) )/SC/ST/PWD categories and to women applicants. Relaxation will also be provided to the candidates having research experience, limited to the period spent on research in the relevant/related subject of post-graduation degree, subject to a maximum of 5 years, on production of a certificate from appropriate authority. Three years relaxation in age will be permissible to the candidates possessing L.L.M. Degree. Total age relaxation on the above ground(s) shall not exceed five years under any circumstances.
ii)
Assistant Professor: There is no upper age limit for applying for eligibility for Assistant Professor.
