As you haven't mentioned which category you belong to I'm assuming you're from general category

Also you didn't mention which domicile you belong as there are chances through that where you can get into 85% state quota colleges.

If you're saying you got 418 marks in neet then you don't have any chances to get a seat in 15% all India quota. But you can try for 85% state quota where you'll have state quota advantage and may get into colleges.
