Hello,
congratulations on your score!
A NEET score of 605+ you have great chances of mbbs seat at top medical colleges of your state and through 15% all india quota.
Kims hubli is one of the most prestigious college of the karnataka state with well equipped labortatory and a well established hospital. The only difficulties you may find while joining a medical college outside your state is the language issues as majority of people speak kannada, (you'd have to learn the language for your clinical postings), adjusting to south indian food , and factors like feeling homesick.
Otherwise all the factors and opportunities are same for all these colleges, and going outside your state you'd become more independent and confident about yourself.
However as you know that cutoff changes every year depending on various factors like difficulty level of the exam questions , number of candidates appearing and the recent COVID19 crisis etc.
You can use careers360 college predictor to know the colleges you can get at your NEET score;- https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
Hope this helps
When you are comparing any 2 colleges, you have to check for their Infrastructure, Faculty and Alumni. We have College Comparision tool that might help you: https://www.careers360.com/compare-colleges . But in Medical Colleges, you mostly go by the word of the mouth because unlike in Engineering Colleges, there are no placements. But you can check the OP rate for the associated hospitals of these Colleges. And this tool will not have those details because they are recorded on the official website real time. For a complete list of colleges that you may have a shot at, please use our College predictor: https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

If you ask me then i would certainly say that please drop the idea of doing this course. This is clearly my personal opinion you may disagree with it.
I Have personally met a guy from well to do family who did his Engineering from Bangalore and then went to UK for pursuing this course as he thought that it would be helpful because his Father owns a Clinic Center.
But as of now he is doing nothing and trying to figure out what to do. Few days ago i heard that he is managing his own clinic or just giving directions to the receptionists and attendants.
All the best!!!

Need based scholarships are given based on the financial situation of the Candidate after going through the Bank Statements. And Merit based scholarships are given based on the meritorious Academic profile. In either of the cases, the scholarship is confined to the tution fees. It doesn't cover the Accommodation. Accommodation is your responsibility. But almost all Universities do have Seniors from our Country who can help you in searching affordable places to stay. But the University doesn't provide Accommodation as a part of scholarship. Few top Universities in UK for Masters in Geography are:

You can do a phd in physics after doing a Mphysics or MSci from UK. If you want to get a PhD position you just have to graduate from a recognised university (The college in US should know of your college in UK) and you should meet the eligibility criteria of the respective college(as most colleges in US have different eligibility criterias). All the best!
