If you crack AIMA-UGCAT, in this most of the participating colleges are private. There are approx 32 private institute/university, I don't know the exact numbers. In order to get any government college you have to bring rank under 400-500 in order to get one seat in any of the government seat in 1st or 2nd round of counseling.

UGAT 2019 cutoff of different institutes will be announced after the declaration of results. Since the results were declared in the last week of may, The UGAT cutoff 2019 for all the participating institutions is likely to be available in the month of June.The candidates who will secure minimum marks mentioned in the cutoff will be shortlisted for the further admission process.

The eligibility for appearing in UGAT is you'll have to have completed 10+2 or a degree of similar importance. But if you are currently in class 12 or in the last year of a similar course you can appear for the exam. Apart from that you can check the relevant information from www.aima.in

You can apply to the participating institutions on the basis of your UGAT score and then have to participate in the respective institutions counselling process (the instituion will conduct separate counselling on the basis of your score card) after that you can get admission in whichever course you are seeking to pursue your graduation or postgraduation (like- MBA, BBA, BCA, BHM, BCOM).

There is no such college in Kolkata which comes under UGAT-AIMA. Some of the top colleges which you can target for BBA are AIMS Institute of Higher Education at Karnataka, Alliance School of Business, Alliance University at Karnataka, Asian School of Business Management (ASBM), Odisha, Goa University, Goa. and Many more

the AIMA UGAT is an exam that is conducted for various undergraduate courses like BCom, BBA, Integrated MBA, etc. So, please specify which course you’re aiming for, and accordingly I can answer your query here. The counseling/admission rounds should start soon, so that Will give you a confirmation of the college you’re getting into.

Your score is not that great in AIMA. I would suggest you to give the exam again and score at least 80 percentile to get an average decent college. If not you can apply for ITM Navi Mumbai, Amity Business School, NDIM, Noida, fiib, Apeejay Satya University, dwarka and many more.
