The admit card was to be released today i.e 4th May but due to some reason, it is not up yet. I understand the entrance exam is soon and you must be worried. Yes, you should apply to as many colleges as possible.Entrance exams results are unpredictable because they depend on various factors such as number of applicants, highest score  and number of seats available.So to have a backup plan apply to as many colleges as possible.Make sure you choose college wisely.

UGAT is conducting by AIMA to admission in various undergraduate degree like integrated mba, bba, bca,hotel management, bft, b.sc(it) etc etc. however you have mentioned that you are already studing bba in a college. so i assume you may be want to quit that college and want to go to other better college. the eligibility for ugat is you need to clear your 10+2 and must be 17 years when applying for admission. see after 10+2 2 years of year gap is acceptable. but more than 2 years of gap may creat problem during placement. i hope you have understood.

Yes it's a  good option to apply for AIMA UGAT after 12th. If you feel your score won't be that good in your board exams then you can target colleges under this entrance exam.

Some of the good colleges which you can target are Amity University, JIMS Delhi, Shardha University, Asian School of business, ATM-Global business school, NDIM and many more good colleges.

Mostly the entrance exam this year will be held on 11th May, 2019 and it will be a paper based test.

There is no such scholarship for entrance exam unless the college which you are targeting is offering an scholarship test for the students. Generally scholarship tests are done on the basis of scores you have scored in your previous education i.e. either 12th or graduation marks.
