There are no specific books for UCEED preparation. You can go through previous year question papers and sample papers to have an idea about the same.

No UCEED offers Admission to Bdes at Two IITs and some other colleges.T his two IITs are IIT Guwahati and IIT Bombay. The course is not for Automotive Designing. You can see the syllabus of BDes at IIT Guwahati at The link given below for your reference.

The eligibility criteria states that the students who have cleared their exam in 2018 and are appearing in 2019 are eligible to give the exam

After you give the exam, there is a counselling procedure that has to be enrolled for by the candidate
